#4 That's what the UN said in 1967 when nearly all international NGOs understood that UNRWA's activity in Gaza was corrupt. The UN managed to retain its hold in Gaza, and it has been all downhill since. Why Biden supports UNRWA can only be understood when reviewing ethnic patterns in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
