The number of combat clashes along the entire front line at this time is 81. The main efforts of the Russian invaders are concentrated in the Pokrovsky direction — more than 35% of all skirmishes took place there.
Ukrainian defenders hold back the onslaught of the occupying forces and inflict significant losses on the enemy, according to the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, the enemy continues to carry out its terrorist attacks with the help of artillery fire from the territory of the Russian Federation.
From the side of the Belgorod region, the enemy's aircraft attacked the territory of the Kharkiv region with guided air bombs, among the areas of the settlements of Liptsi, Mali Prohody, and Hlyboke. At the same time, our soldiers repelled four assaults by the occupiers in the areas of Vovchansk, Staritsa and Liptsiv, and two more attacks are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried four times to storm the positions of our units near Berestovoy and Pischany.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy became somewhat more active. Made 12 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Grekivka, Nevsky, Makiivka and Terni. All battles ended without success for the enemy. The enemy continues to look for weak points in our defense in the Seversky direction. He conducted three attacks near Verkhnokamyanskyi, Vyimka, and Rozdolivka. Received a hard rebuff. The losses of the occupiers are being specified.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders carried out three unsuccessful assaults near Chasovoy Yar, Hryhorivka, and Andriivka. The enemy supported its offensive actions with attack aircraft - struck with unguided air missiles near Chasovoy Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the number of enemy attacks increased to 9. The enemy attacks near populated areas: North, where our defenders repelled 5 attacks (one attack is currently underway), South and New York, where two attacks were repelled. Fighting is still going on in two locations. The aggressor's aviation is active, in particular, the settlement of New York was bombed, on which the enemy dropped eight anti-aircraft missiles, and the occupiers shelled the area with unguided air missiles.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the largest number of clashes occurred. Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have already made 29 attempts to dislodge our defenders from their occupied positions in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Timofiivka, Karlivka, Kalinovoy, Yevhenivka, Yasnobrodivka, Progres, and Novoselivka Pershoya. The defense forces restrained the onslaught and repelled 21 enemy attacks, eight battles are still ongoing. The enemy's efforts are concentrated near Novooleksandrivka and Novoselivka Persha. The latter, together with Oleksandropol, were hit by the NARs from the weapons of attack aircraft. Russian terrorists used anti-aircraft guns to damage the area of ​​Myrnograd settlement.
Four battles near Neitalovo, Kostyantynivka and Paraskoviivka in the Kurakhiv direction have ended.
A battle continues in the Vremivsk direction near Vodyanyi. Five enemy attacks have already been repulsed by our units. The defense forces are taking measures to prevent the occupiers from advancing deep into our territory. Russian terrorists used five guided aerial bombs in the direction. There were also NARs. In particular, near Urozhany, Rivnopol and Staromayorsky.
In the Orihiv direction, three enemy assaults were repulsed near Malaya Tokmachka and Novoandriivka.
In the Dnieper direction, the occupiers dropped seven anti-tank missiles on and near Tyaginka.
