[Regnum] The head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, is seriously considering removing the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Oleksandr Syrsky from his post and replacing him with another general. This was stated by former CIA analyst Larry Johnson in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue Works.
"It looks like Zelensky now wants to get rid of Syrsky and replace him with someone," Johnson said.
Syrsky is blamed for the failures of the Ukrainian army at the front. According to the expert, the current commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made critical tactical mistakes. In particular, before the start of the Russian army's offensive in the Kharkiv region, he did not strengthen the defense lines. This caused discontent on the part of Zelensky, the analyst added.
In addition, Johnson stated that at the moment Syrsky does not have enough soldiers to contain the Russian Armed Forces. And this fact also cannot be called positive for the current commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he emphasized.
On February 8, the leader of the Kiev regime dismissed Valeriy Zaluzhny from the post of commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Oleksandr Syrsky in his place.
In March, it became known that the fighters of the elite units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were unhappy with this action. The commander of the reconnaissance group of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Ukrainian army, Maksym Shevtsov, noted that Zelensky, not Zaluzhny, needed to be replaced. He added that the head of the Kiev regime feels that his rating is zero, while that of the former commander-in-chief Zaluzhny is high.
