| Biden, Netanyahu to meet during Israeli PM's July visit to Washington |

| [Al Jazeera] US President Joe Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu are set to meet when the Israeli leader visits Washington, DC later this month to address Congress, a White House official has said. Netanyahu has controversially been invited to speak at a joint session of the US House of Representatives and the Senate on July 24. The address is being boycotted by several high-profile politicians, including Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. They won't be missed Tensions have increased between the two leaders, with Biden labelling Israel’s military campaign in Gaza as “over the top” and Netanyahu accusing the US of withholding military support. |
