| Biden Cannot be Replaced on Ballot in Three Swing States, Except for Death or 25th Amendment |

| [GatewayPundit] However, it may already be too late to remove Joe Biden from the ballot. The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project is gearing up for a counter-fight should Democrats attempt to pull Biden off the top of the ticket, the Daily Mail reported. “We are monitoring the calls from across the country for President Biden to step aside, either now or before the election, and have concluded that the process for substitution and withdrawal is very complicated. We will remain vigilant that appropriate election integrity procedures are followed,” said Mike Howell, Executive Director of The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project. The Heritage Oversight Project has identified three swing states – Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin – where they believe removing Biden from the Democratic ticket would prevent anyone else from replacing him. Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death, while in Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballotafter 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year unless ‘a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.’ In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot but no votes would be counted. |

| #11 Half the pols who took money from SBF didn't send it back, or did the "donated it to charity" scam that proves the fungibility of money. If the IRS actually looked at where all that money is coming from and going too (yeah, I know) they wouldn't have any time left to audit legitimate businesses or individual taxpayers. |

| #10 Joe’s degraded cognition and poll numbers are real. If he drops out, I think they have to send the donations back. Joe would also have to release his delegates. A contested convention would involve every ignoramus squad member at the podium with an open mic. Resources planned for cheating would have to be redeployed towards getting the new candidate onto all the state ballots. Biden is not as popular with black voters as he was but his wing of the DNC is the Black Caucus. That’s why they moved the first primary to SC. Joe’s replacement would have to be Kamala. They are trapped in an escape room of their own making. Based on their track record, the next DNC moves will be to bribe Jill with a Senate seat, promise Kamala Sotomayor’s robe, and enlist Michele with Hillary as VP. |

| #8 But how can he be on the ballott yet? He secured enough delegates in the primary elections to become the "presumptive nominee" even though the convention has not yet taken place. They might want to rethink that but it might be too late to change in time for November 2024. Well, you know, they wanted all those cheat-by-mail ballots all ready to go at least a month before the election and in sufficient quantities so that all the dead, moved and fictitious voters have time to cast their ballots without having to appear at a polling station, which they can't because they're dead, moved out of the state, fictitious or unable to prove that they are citizens. I'm still hoping for a big fight at the convention that would leave the party in disarray and all butt hurt. |

| #1 Given the 2 options. A Funeral or a Congressional 25th which would install VP Harris, both before the end of August. I'm thinking the LSD's wanting to milk it and exit on a high note. Having a well attended State Funeral for PR and the chosen replacement's election kickoff. |
