Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have continued to increase the pace of offensive actions. The number of combat clashes along the entire front line has increased to 102. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Friday, June 28.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy stormed the defensive lines of Ukrainian units in the areas of Stepnaya Novoselivka, Stelmakhovka, Sinkovka and Kruglyakovka six times. The Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers are holding the line steadfastly. Five attempts by the occupiers to advance have been repelled, one battle is still ongoing.
In the Liman direction, the Russian army carried out 16 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Nevsky, Makeyevka, Torsky and Serebryansky Les during the day. 14 clashes ended without success for the enemy, two more clashes are ongoing.
The enemy continues to look for weak points in the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Seversky direction. Near Belogorovka, Sporny, Verkhnekamensky, Ivano-Daryevka, Razdolevka and Vyemka, the military repulsed 15 enemy attacks. Four military clashes have not yet ended.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers made three unsuccessful assaults on Ukrainian troops' positions near Chasovy Yar, Novy and Ivanovskoye. Another battle is ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction the number of enemy attacks increased to nine. The aggressor's aviation is actively operating, in particular, the city of Toretsk suffered a strike with two UABs, and the Russians hit the village of New York with another bomb.

Alexandropol received two strikes from two NARs, and Russian troops inflicted damage on the settlements of Lozovatskoye, Volchye, Evgenyevka, Progress, Vesyoloye, Novoselovka Pervaya and Nikolayevka.
Fighting continues near Krasnogorovka, Georgievka, Konstantinovka and Paraskoveevka in the Kurakhovsky direction. So far, Ukrainian defenders here have repelled seven attacks by the Russian army, two more are ongoing.
In the Vremiv direction there is a battle not far from Vodyanoye. The situation is tense. The defense forces are taking measures to prevent the invaders from advancing deeper into our territory.
In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
Let us recall that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 1,170 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the total combat losses of Russian troops amount to 540,490 people.

According to preliminary data, the losses of the invaders here amount to 63 occupiers. Two tanks, six armored fighting vehicles, a self-propelled artillery unit and a car were destroyed.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops continue to put pressure on our defenders' positions near Chasy Yar, Novy and Ivanovskoye. Ukrainian defenders have repelled three assault actions, two combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Gorlovka-Toretsk direction, the aggressor, with air support, unsuccessfully attacked our defenders' defensive lines 14 times during the day. The situation is under control.
The hottest spot along the entire front line remains the Pokrovskoe direction. The number of enemy assaults here per day has grown to 36. The units of the Defense Forces repelled 27 attacks by the Russians, and nine more clashes are ongoing.
The fighting in the Kurakhovsky direction continues. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has been attacking near Krasnogorovka, Georgievka, Paraskoveevka and Konstantinovka. The total number of attacks here has grown to 11, of which nine have been repelled and two are still ongoing.
In the Vremevsky direction, Russian troops tried four times to break into our defenses near Vodyanoye. Two clashes are still ongoing.
