Since the beginning of the day, the number of Russian attacks on the front has increased to 128, of which a third occur in the Pokrovsky direction. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this in an evening report on Monday, June 24.
Kupyansk direction. The invaders attack in the Novoselovka area. This is already the fifth attempt to improve our own position in the direction; the previous four were repulsed.
Seven of the 23 military clashes since the beginning of this day are currently taking place in the Liman direction. The enemy is trying to operate in the areas of Grekovka, Kopanok, Makeevka, Nevsky, Torsky, Serebryansky forestry and Sin'kovka.
According to preliminary information, in this direction the Russians lost 92 people today, one infantry fighting vehicle and one self-propelled gun were destroyed.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders are trying to advance in the areas of Chasov Yar, Ivanovsky and Kalinovka. In total, nine assault actions by the aggressor took place here within 24 hours.
There were eight clashes in the Toretsk direction, two are ongoing. Attacks continue in the Pivdenny and New York areas.
In the Pokrovsky direction, clashes of varying intensity took place 38 times today. Now 11 of them are ongoing, namely in the areas of Sokol, Novoaleksandrovka, Evgenievka and Vozdvizhenka. The enemy also launched a missile strike near the city of Pokrovsk.
“The defense forces continue to repel the enemy and inflict maximum losses on him along the entire front line,” the General Staff noted.
Let us remind you that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,300 Russian invaders. The total combat losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine amounted to about 535,660 people.

In the Kupyansky direction, the enemy made four attempts to advance further; battles are taking place near Peschany and Stelmakhovka.
In the Liman direction, the number of attacks has almost doubled - to 18, of which six are still ongoing. Assault operations take place in the areas of Grekovka, Kopanok, Nevsky, Serebryansky forestry, Ternov and Sinkovka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian invaders tried to advance six times, active hostilities are taking place in the Ivanovsky area.
In the Toretsky direction, the enemy attacks in the Yuzhny area. In total, seven enemy assaults took place in the direction.
In the Pokrovsky direction, 13 military clashes continue in the areas of Sokol, Novoselovka Pervaya, Novoaleksandrovka, Evgenievka, Alexandropol and Vozdvizhenka. Today the enemy has tried to put pressure in this direction 35 times.
In the Vremiv direction, the Russians tried to attack three times. The defense forces repelled enemy assault operations. The enemy also struck with UABs in the area of Sladkoye and Velikaya Novoselovka.
In the Orekhovsky direction, fighting continues in the Malaya Tokmachka area. In the Dnieper direction, the invaders attack for the fourth time within 24 hours in the Krynki area.
“Our troops control the situation and are depleting the aggressor’s forces along the entire line of combat,” the General Staff emphasized.
