No Charges Filed in ATF Dawn Raid at 'Gun Dealers' Home |
2024-06-16 |
[Epoch Times] The use of deadly force was legal and justified in the ATF’s March 19, early morning shooting death in the West Little Rock, Arkansas home of Bryan Malinowski, according to Pulaski County Prosecutor Will Jones. In a June 14 letter, Mr. Jones announced there would be no charges in the case.![]() The ATF had obtained a warrant to search his home for guns and evidence. The agency believed Mr. Malinowski was selling guns without a $200 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and without asking buyers for the proper information. According to an affidavit of probable cause, some of the guns he had sold were recovered during the commission of a crime, although the crimes did not involve the direct use of guns. #9 The FBI agents shot at Ruby Ridge shot the son's dog, failed to identify, was wearing jeans and flannel shirts. The kid had no idea they were FBI. The FBI sniper was then cleared to shoot the wife in the head while holding their baby in her arms. Our FBI and ATF is out of control. Now the IRS has special unit teams to perform SWAT events. Dont worry folks, after November they will be exercising their right to enter your home and kill you.... |

#8 Waco, Another ATF excessive force disaster! "In order to enlist 76 agents and officers, multiple military helicopters, a tank-like vehicle with a battering ram, M16 rifles, and hand grenades to execute the search and arrest warrant, the ATF lied in court that the compound hosted a meth lab. While the DOJ would later maintain that the Branch Davidians shot at the ATF first, multiple witnesses and survivors allege that the ATF, under the guise of shooting at the cult’s dogs, shot first." #6 The lawyer will ask if they did a threat assessment and looked at non lethal ways to apprehend him. Bashing the door in at zero dark thirty is looking to kill, not apprehend. Over a $200 dollar tax.... arresting him on his way to church or work. But then Hillary does have a knack for removing people that used to work for her. |
