[REGNUM] Everyone who is well informed about the political kitchen of Ukraine, I think, will agree that, by analogy with the once famous formula of Vladimir Lenin about “three sources and three components of Marxism,” one can say about the three sources and components of power in today’s Ukraine. Although the Ukrainian constitution contains a ritual formula that the only source of power is the people, the people now have no time to rule: they are hiding from the military commissars.
