In Ga we have a lawsuit Law that allows the innocence frivolously sued party to collect 2x the sued amount for a frivolous lawsuit.

But what we really need is a law that holds ELECTED and/or FUNDING Persons solely responsible such LawFare and not the Taxpayers.
