Consider the tech boom of Huntsville AL, and now Nashville Boomtown in red state explodes by nearly 100 people PER DAY He can get into Memphis real estate cheaply. Also get hydro power and cooling from the mighty Mississippi river once he revamps the utility infrastructure. I am curious about the downstream heat plume effects. |
