As reported by Regnum news agency, earlier on June 5, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, said that units of the Russian Armed Forces group “North” improved the situation along the front line over the past 24 hours, repelling seven counterattacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ assault groups. Enemy losses in the group’s area of responsibility per day amounted to 290 people.
