The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information about the Russian invasion as of 19.00 Monday, June 3.
“The total number of attacks by Russian invaders on the positions of Ukrainian troops along the entire length of the front since the beginning of the day is already 102. Our soldiers continue to firmly hold the defense and destroy the offensive potential of the enemy,” the General Staff said in a statement.
Four military clashes took place in the Kharkov direction. Fighting continues in the Volchansk area. Russian invaders are carrying out air strikes in the north of the Kharkov region using guided bombs.
In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops tried to break through our defense lines 15 times. Two military clashes are still ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, the number of Russian assault operations has increased to 21 since the beginning of the day, 10 of them continue in the Belogorovka and Verkhnekamensky areas.
There are 11 battles going on in the Pokrovsky direction. The total number of collisions today has increased to 35.
“The enemy’s irreversible losses in the direction amount to almost 290 people killed and wounded, four armored combat vehicles, four artillery systems and six vehicles were destroyed. Two armored fighting vehicles, one artillery system and one vehicle were damaged,” the report further says.
The enemy began to operate more actively in the Orekhovsky direction, in particular, in the Malaya Tokmachka area. Attacked here seven times during the day.
In other areas, the situation has not changed significantly.
