#6 You got to train your people, do not assume even the most basic skills or abilities. Created my own training manuals. Doesn't mean it gets read. Multiple generations. Media Narrator girl here doesn't get it either. Remember when rote memorization, or at least taking notes, was a thing? Remember? |
