#8 Sounds like excuses to me. Charge a per mile tax, leave the gasoline tax on as a 'Sin Tax'. Then go to GPS tracking for different rates on different roads, then on to what time of day using that road. |

#2 Water rates going up to cover estimated revenue loss of ACS. Seems ACS was a big user of water for the generation of power. Energy costs to go up I would guess as well. |
