[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] A married special needs teacher in New York is facing charges of sexual abuse of a schizophrenic teen after it was revealed in a lawsuit that that she was caught on video in the act. The lawsuit, filed by the boy’s mother, also accuses the school of negligence regarding the incident. Sandy Carazas-Pinez, age 34, is accused of sexually absuing a 16-year-old student at Biondi High School. According to the lawsuit, classroom cameras show the teacher sexually abusing the boy but no one at the school was monitoring the video.
Following the student admitting to his mother that he had sex with the teacher multiple times, the principal examined the classroom video and found the teacher cuddling with the boy and asking him to "rub her crotch," the lawsuit stated.

Carazas-Pinez was charged in a Manhattan federal court last July for luring the teen into a sexual relationship, according to the New York Post. She also allegedly convinced him to be on an X-rated livestream video call with her.
The lawsuit shows Carazas-Pinez sending texts to the teen that read, "I love that you were holding and hugging me in school," and "I call you crazy when you try to finger me in class."
The lawsuit further blames the school for failing to monitor the behavior of the teacher. It also explained that the school let the boy leave campus for multiple hours on a regular basis with a "day pass" that did not require parental permission. While using this pass, the teen repeatedly would go have sex with the teacher in her car.
When the teen attempted to cut the relationship with Carazas-Pinez, the educator allegedly threatened to fail him in class or even kill herself. This reportedly left the boy traumatized.
"Had the school followed even their own most basic safety protocols, they could have prevented the horrific, repeated and ongoing abuse that had occurred under their own roof," stated Lesley Brovner, a lawyer from the law firm who filed the suit.
