| #2 Anyone deliberately blocking emergency vehicle traffic should be arrested and charged with a felony. If the person dies because the emergency vehicle could not arrive, and deliver emergency care, or get to a hospital in time. The protesters should then be charged with 2nd Degree homicide. Also, Protesters in streets blocking traffic and trying to open car doors should be treated as carjackers and dealt with accordingly. |
