| #3 I'd be fully down with Texas taxing California and New York for being a**holes. I'd like it even more if they refuse to pay and we can foreclose on them. Then we evict them all and start making money |

| #2 Although I'm not the type of person they are after (high net worth, high earner) I have never bothered to go back to the Commontheft of PeeAye for any reason and I don't expect that to change. I do understand people who have a strong attachment to a place they grew up in or have generations of family in. But it ain't me. |
