In the Kharkov direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out attacks in the areas of the settlements of Strelka, Krasnoye, Morokhovets, Oleynikovo, Lukyantsy, Gatishche, Pletenevka in the Kharkov region.
[Korrespondent] The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces published operational information about the Russian invasion as of Saturday evening, May 11.“During the day, 108 military clashes were recorded. In total, the enemy launched 7 missile and 74 air strikes, carried out 83 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there were wounded among the civilian population. Multi-storey and private houses, as well as other infrastructure facilities, were destroyed and damaged,” the General Staff said in the evening report.
In the Kharkov direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out attacks in the areas of the settlements of Strelka, Krasnoye, Morokhovets, Oleynikovo, Lukyantsy, Gatishche, Pletenevka in the Kharkov region.
In the Kupyansky direction, our soldiers repelled 15 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka, Novoegorovka, Ivanovka, Kharkov region; Stelmakhovka, Lugansk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.
In the Liman direction, the Defense Forces repelled 6 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Makeevka, Nevskoye and Serebryanskoye forestry in the Lugansk region; Terny Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 28 attacks in the areas of Belogorovka settlements in the Lugansk region; Verkhnekamennoye, Spornoye, Vyemka, Razdolevka, Andreevka, Ivanovskoye, Chasov Yar, Grigorovka, Novy Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to improve the tactical situation.
In the Avdeevsky direction, our defenders repelled more than 20 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novoaleksandrovka, Evgenievka, Sokol, Novopokrovskoye, Novoselovka Pervaya, Semenovka, Umanskoye, Netaylovo, Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to oust our units from their occupied lines.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Defense Forces continue to contain the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Konstantinovka, Krasnogorovka, Vodyanoye, Urozhainoye, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried 7 times to break through the defenses of our troops.
In the Orekhovsky direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, attacked the positions of our defenders 11 times in the area of Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region, and Robotinoye, Zaporozhye region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, made 2 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our troops in the area of the village of Krynki, Kherson region.
During the day, aviation of the Defense Forces and units of the missile forces attacked 1 artillery weapon, 3 radar stations and 4 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.
