Thus, the government structure includes 21 ministries, five of which - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Justice - are subordinated directly to the president.
The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Eastern Development are subordinate to the Chairman of the Government.

The State Duma will consider candidates for the positions of deputy prime ministers on May 13, and on May 14 a plenary meeting will be held at which candidates for the positions of ministers will be discussed, the speaker of the lower house of parliament Vyacheslav Volodin said earlier.
