[Regnum] The air temperature in April in Central Russia will exceed the norm by two to three degrees and by the end of the first ten days of the month the snow cover may almost completely melt, said Evgeniy Tishkovets, a specialist at the Phobos weather center, on March 24.
“By the end of the first ten days of April, there will be almost no snow left anywhere south of the St. Petersburg-Moscow-Saratov line,” he wrote on the Telegram channel.

At the same time, the weather forecaster said that April, most likely, cannot be called blissful. According to preliminary calculations, in the second ten days of the month air masses from the Arctic will arrive in the central regions. Tishkovets called this a normal phenomenon for spring and early summer.
As Regnum reported, Tishkovets also predicted an increase in temperature in Moscow to +17 °C by March 31. At the same time, in some places the air can warm up to +20 °C. The forecaster emphasized that such weather indicators correspond to the beginning of May.
Leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, Mikhail Leus, reported on March 21 that the annual temperature maximum had been updated in Moscow. The air temperature in the capital that day warmed up to +81.2 °C.
