  • Malcolm Craig Brown, 53, and Donna Conneely, 59, were identified Monday as the victims of a dismembering on Long Island

  • Two more of the suspects in the case appeared in court and were released

  • Steven Brown, 44, Malcolm’s cousin, and Amanda Wallace, 40, appeared in Central Islip Court days after two other suspects were released on bail

  • All four have been released back on the streets thanks to the state's 'no bail' laws
