| [Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Ukraine has asked to take charge of two Royal Navy warships and said it would defeat Putin faster if it was allowed to fire British missiles into Russia. The head of the Ukrainian navy, Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, suggested his sailors could take over the two Royal Navy warships at risk of being retired early due to staff shortages within the British military branch. He added that it was a 'war of technologies' that would be won by the nation with the most technologically advanced weapons, which Ukraine could get supplied by western nations. 'We must have the capabilities to make sure that Russia will give up forever the thought of even looking in Ukraine's direction, including at sea,' he told SkyNews. In and around Russian-occupied Crimea, Ukraine has had significant military success against Vladimir Putin's much larger Black Sea naval fleet, destroying ships and a submarine as well as infrastructure. |

| #3 I thought the Black Sea was too deep to build reefs? Not at all. A good chunk of the Russian black fleet has been promoted to submarine. |
