Ukrainian forces have continued to attack Russian rear targets in recent days. In Ust-Luga, Leningrad Region, a drone damaged the Novatek gas terminal, causing the production process to be stopped.
Ukrainian forces attacked dozens of settlements in the border areas of the Belgorod region. Civilian infrastructure was damaged, one civilian was taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds.
In the Svatovsky direction, Russian units continue to hold the initiative. During the successful offensive of the Russian Armed Forces, the village of Krakhmalnoye was completely liberated, and fighting is taking place on the southern outskirts of Berestovoe.
In addition, soldiers of the Russian army advanced along the N-26 highway leading to Kupyansk. As a result of competent assault operations south of Krakhmalny, we managed to gain a foothold on the outskirts of Kotlyarka and Kislovka.
West of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), Russian units have established a foothold in the central part of Bogdanovka, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces maintain their presence in the southwestern outskirts. In the Krasnoye area, fighters of the Russian Armed Forces are positioned in forest plantations southeast of the settlement.
In the Donetsk direction, Russian troops broke through the enemy’s defenses south of Avdeevka. The Russian Armed Forces managed to take the large fortified area “Tsarskaya Okhota”, which had remained impregnable since 2014.
At the same time, in Donetsk, the Armed Forces of Ukraine once again carried out bloody terror, firing at the market in the city center with MLRS on a day off. 28 people were killed and over two dozen were injured. The next day, the city was attacked by drones, over a thousand houses were left without electricity.
