[NY Post] Writing on the wall: Seen. I still like him

#12   I suspect the Dems expect to lose in 2024

It is the Republican's turn to win. Like Big Time Wrestling or any other soap opera, the bad guys have to win once in a while to keep the fans interested. Plus, by letting the Republicans have this one, the Dems do not need to fix any of their messes, economic or geo-political. Plus plus, they don't need to have a real candidate and could run with Kamala.

#11  One thing I'm interested to see; Florida GOP just had a change at the top. I wonder if they will be organized enough to get DeSantis's name off the primary ballot so a bad showing doesn't tarnish his brand going forward.

#9  Additionally, with the primary over probably next week, the Pubs can shift gears to a full court press to clean up the election shenanigans.

#8  ^ Problem for them is there's no time for another COVID shutdown and all Trump would have to do immediately to stave off an economic collapse is stop the unnecessary war spending, close the border and ramp up domestic energy production.

#7  I suspect the Dems expect to lose in 2024 but hope to push the economic collapse off into 2025 and thus blame it on the Republicans and never lose again.

#6  Some of the neverTrumpers are already melting down hard, according to Breitbart and X.

#5  So the question is: Will Haley schlepp herself to South Carolina after her loss in New Hampshire or not?

Oh the excitement is killing me...

#4  Ramascamy and DeSantis were trying to sell themselves as "sane Trump." Now the contest is uncut Trump vs RINO stooge. It's a good way to define the future direction of the GOP.

#3  DeSantis just dropped out.

#2  If the dems spend a second Trump presidency trying to crash America, I think only and idiot would want to prevent them from having to own it post 2028.
