| #8 After the catastrophic Columbine disaster, police TTP shifted in simple terms to a simple On-Scene assesssment. Hostages where no mortality was determined set the stage for containment and negotiations. Once active threat actions commenced, immediate, dynamic entry with lethal force should be the standard. The Uvalde Chief and Sheriff have a lot to answer for, now and after they shed this mortal coil, where asbestos boxers are highly recommended! |
