BREAKING: Pentagon: US warship and several commercial ships under attack in Red Sea |
2023-12-03 |
![]() ...a regional Iranian catspaw,... war. "We’re aware of reports regarding attacks on the USS Carney and commercial vessels in the Red Sea and will provide information as it becomes available," the Pentagon says. The British military earlier said there had been a suspected drone attack and explosions in the Red Sea, without elaborating. The Pentagon did not identify where it believed the fire came from. However, a hangover is the wrath of grapes... Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... ’s Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the JewsThey like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... rebels have been launching a series of attacks on vessels in the Red Sea, as well as launching drones and missiles targeting Israel as it wages war against Hamas in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppressionand disproportionate response... Strip. A “potential explosion” has struck a key shipping route off the coast of Yemen, the British military says. The British military’s United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations issues a brief warning to shippers that the incident happened in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which separates East Africa from the Arabian Peninsula. The UKMTO said drone activity also has been reported in the area. The Bab el-Mandeb links the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden. That area has seen a series of attacks in recent weeks attributed to Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels, who have also launched missiles and drones toward Israel over its war on Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The Houthis did not immediately acknowledge the incident. |

#9 I'm STILL waiting for an honest-to-the-name ARCLIGHT strike on one of these #$$%^#*&%&%$$ shithole states, just to "enlighten" them on what we CAN and WILL do if they don't knock this sh$$ off. It would probably only need one, but with the lack of "D" model Buffs, it might take a larger cell than just three aircraft. A dozen should do it. Maybe over Al Hudayah -- or perhaps Sana'a. |
