| Blinken calls on Iraqi PM to protect US personnel in Iraq | |

| [Jpost] US Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani to protect installations hosting American personnel, the State Department said on Friday. Blinken spoke with al-Sudani after a series of attacks on US forces in Iraq that US officials have blamed on Iran-aligned groups. I wonder if Blinken knows that "shmuck" means?
