| #3 So the Supreme court ruling against the SEC is getting a lot of bad press. I say its about time. The reason the USG is against it is it has far reaching implications. This ruling takes away the SECs ability to be the investigator, judge and jury without what we would consider due process, being tried in court by a jury of your peers. I bet the IRS and EPA are running for cover over this. This is a big deal. |
