Mulugeta Tsagi gave life-saving first aid to an IDF lieutenant colonel shot in the abdomen by Hamas ![]() Death Eaters in Sderot. Tsagi remained with the officer for hours, before helping transport him to a hospital. The officer, named only by the Hebrew letter Yud, later asked Arbel to arrange Tsagi’s permanent residency. |
