| This omelet recipe from 'The Bear' puts all others to shame |

| #1 A bit runny, I prefer to add just a bit of water to the eggs before whipping with a fork. Makes the omelet fluffier. Don't need as much butter, just enough to keep the egg mix from sticking to pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Crunched potato chips is an interesting touch. use any cheese you desire. |
