2nd initial observation

NO constancy in video run length times between many cameras.

I am seeing videos the same size or even smaller in MB. With RUN times as much as a minute +/- longer. Which may indicate either the DVR's are not the same, the video FPS used is not the same, and/or the HD/OS recorded media formatted block sizes are set differently.

So it seems it may initially to point to the fact Congress is using a collection of different CCTV cameras that are setup to record at different capture modes (VGA, D1, 720 or 1080) and Frames Per Second (FPS).

OR! Congress is cherry picking what we are seeing.

(note my own DVR 1TB with 8 ip67 cam's is set to 720i at 30 fps. It collects over 2+ weeks of video.)

Given the length of time (years).
Who can say we now have ALL of the tapes?
Who can said some of the tapes released were not Re-staged weeks, months or years later?
