#15 It's not legal here, but any driver with a handicapped tag is suspect. |

#14 That would spoil the narrative that (supposedly) brings in boatloads of tax revenue. Everywhere that magic tax revenue windfall has been touted - it has not materialized. |

#13 Why would they make that association, Penguin? That would spoil the narrative that (supposedly) brings in boatloads of tax revenue. A buzzed driver is still an impaired driver. |

#12 It's been legal here for six years and hasn't been associated with any traffic disaster or something similar. |

#11 Oh mossomo, you just dont understand, they crossed modern marijuana with uranium which has resulted in nuclear pot - stuff is now out of this world. We have never seen marijuana like this before. I smelled the cheap Mexican pot in the 1970s and these days it's common to get a whiff of the new "super potent" marijoochi. Just yesterday I caught a whiff in a Home Depot parking lot. They don't have to be discreet about it anymore. They tell me it smells different than it did in the old days because now it's so much more potent. But I'm not sure it's just the potency. The way the new stuff smells makes me wonder if it's even the same drug. Would Democrats do such a thing? I wouldn't put it past them. |

#10 legalize drugs. bankrupt the cartels. Just come to LA or San Francisco, rage boy. Newsom will let you have all the fentanyl you want and then you can sleep it off on the sidewalk. |

#9 The 80's called and want D.A.R.E. back. The producers of Reefer Madness and the Ad Council smile at their success. Mellow drivers are the new obnoxious drunks who are going to kill everyone and drive insurance rates up. Oh mossomo, you just dont understand, they crossed modern marijuana with uranium which has resulted in nuclear pot - stuff is now out of this world. We have never seen marijuana like this before. They are gonna crash my car. *shaking* The world is so dangerous with all these pot heads, if only they would stop hurting and harming everyone else. Predatory Big Marijuana - cannot believed someone actually typed that. The authors magnus opus could be a story about the intersectionality of Human Trafficking and Marijuana. Pulitzer worthy, no doubt. |

#6 If people with substance problems could have them without harming others, I'd say "all good." But that's mostly not possible. |

#5 They legalized alcohol and just shifted the graft from the gangsters to the limited license holders and the politicians. Number of American killed in wars since the repeal of Prohibition and the number of Americans killed by DUI and associated "here hold my bear"? |

#2 I believe it was Dale who pointed out car insurance is going to go through the roof with legal pot. Now, that stoner who collides with you will probably either be "unemployed" or "on disability." So, buy that expensive full-tort, uninsured driver policy. |
