#4  "Dignity" is a dangerous word because it sounds nice and everyone can support it but there is no universally accepted clear definition.

A narcissist, a chauvinist will subjectively perceive a violation of his dignity if his privileged status is not recognized in a generally egalitarian environment.

The same is true for a narcissistic ideology like mainstream political Islam which dogmatically believes that the Muslim community is the best of all communities.

#3  In reality, not a single entity and or world body has called for Hamas' unconditional surrender. Lots of talk about an Israeli ceasefire. But no call for a Hamas Surrender. Any type of coexistence, would never be equitable for the jews.

Coexistence with muslims is to look the other way when they occasionally mob and kill a jew or christian.
