The conferees "rejected the displacement and naturalization (of Paleostinians) in another country" and called for ending Israeli occupation and establishing a Paleostinian state, Bou Habib said.
He added that he had sensed Arab unity during the ministerial meeting that was held Wednesday in Jeddah, calling for "capitalizing on it to convince the Western countries to press Israel to stop this absurd war and tyrannical siege."
"A just and comprehensive solution for the conflict begins with the Paleostinians first, second and last," Bou Habib said.
