| #6 On Sunday, Austin said that the warships would carry U.S. Air Force warplanes 'to bolster regional deterrence efforts' - an effort to dissuade Iran or Hezbollah from taking advantage of the conflict and joining in. I expect that they are just talking about Navy pilots. Because the Ford catapult is electric and not steam driven they could program a shot for any airframe including drones. I doubt the Air Force has jets with hooks and trained pilots. This is not a situation where improv is a good idea. I expect better verbal improv from The Secretary of Defense. Or should I? Only thing I could think of is if USAF Drones, carrier rated, are on board, but Darth Lunch isn't known for his public subtlety. |

| #5 Normally, I would consider a demokrat threat of force against Mooslims a hollow threat, but the press/polling on this latest atrocity by the Religion-of-Peace mutts is so bad that even this Marxist dumpster-fire might be eager to push the ka-boom buttons. God knows the Puppet Show needs a crisis to keep eyes off the widespread economic, corruption, incompetence, collapsing culture and impeachment stories everywhere. Some of the Navy folks may be LGBTQ-ABCXYZ, but the missiles have absolutely no gender confusion. |
