| Israel destroys Iranian weapons shipment in alleged Syria airstrike |

| [Jpost] The Israeli Air Force allegedly carried out an attack early Sunday morning on an Iranian arms shipment in Syria, west of the capital Damascus, according to several Syrian media reports in the country. The attack was carried out between the villages of Al-Assad and Al-Dimas. Explosions were heard in the Damascus area and air defense systems in Syria were activated, N12 reported. No casualties have been reported. |
