Plus they probably are the ones that send the most funding to the Bay Area homeless charities (and Democrats).

#4  Close, but not really San Francisco. San Mateo County is south of San Francisco. It is what most would consider a part of the greater Bay Area.

The rot spreads, of course, but it's nice to see people fighting back.
