The English medical system has not been waiting for more expensive patients to kill themselves, having had in place protocols for withholding all but water without notification for patients deemed eventually terminal. As all patients are, for long enough timelines. |

| #7 #5 Deacon true, but because it is cosmetic the docs will negotiate, I had lasik 30 years ago and the doc knocked a significant amount off and I shoveled money into an FSA, so that eliminated all the taxes, on income, as well |
