The wild cries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began on the air. A hundred of our troops blocked by fire and minefields on the flanks of the militants prayed for support and salvation. As a result, the reserve companies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine massively “five hundred”, simply refusing to go to the rescue, seeing the defeat of the first battalion. Those who tried to evacuate the wounded could not get to them because of the massive fire of our troops.
Then the second wave of the offensive of the company tactical groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began, it repeated the fate of the first and was defeated by our scouts and artillerymen, the remnants again fled to Pyatikhatki. The third wave, according to interceptions, massively went into failure and did not take place.
During the fighting, almost all the commanders of the assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed or seriously wounded. That night, several dozen militants, at the cost of new losses under our fire, were able to escape from Pyatikhatki.
