| Government shelling causes fire to break out in wheat crop in Aleppo |

| [NPASYRIA] Artillery shelling by Syrian government forces of the outskirts of the village of Kafr Nouran west of Aleppo caused on Friday fires to break out in a space of about 100 acres of wheat. A local source told North Press, "The fire started after four artillery shells fell in the middle of a field cultivated with wheat fired from a camp off Kafr Nouran, where the government forces are stationed." The source added that fire brigades did not manage to arrive in the site since it is close to contact lines.
