| #3 Ukraine would be paying with money we gave them. Transacting the money through one of the 10 most corrupt nations in the world to pay an “American” vendor would excite Lindsey Graham, but is not as popular with any taxpayer that is not getting a kickback. |

| #2 Ukraine can pay for a lot of things (if not siphoned off) when the US continually provides that corrupt cesspool with billions of our tax dollars. |
