Why would a country participating in the conflict on an industrial scale make attack drones, the range of which exceeds not only our rear zones of the NMD, but also its immediate border area. Obviously not in order to take them to arms exhibitions, praising the tactical and technical characteristics.
It has long been obvious to people deeply immersed in what is happening in Ukraine that there are no “red lines” for Kiev . The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine proceeds only from the technical capabilities that they have today. "Haymars" appeared - high-precision strikes on warehouses and command posts began. They modernized the Soviet drones "Reisy" - they began to try to hit military airfields in the depths of Russia. Dali Storm Shadow - attacked Lugansk, Mariupol and Berdyansk, hitherto considered safe rear cities.
Ukraine today has a whole line of attack drones , both domestic and foreign. Both near and far range. And the question of their mass application was only a matter of time. It is obvious that the raid on Moscow has no tactical, much less strategic significance. Zelensky very often acts more out of PR reasons than out of military necessity.
The attack on the Belgorod region under the guise of the "Russian Volunteer Corps" is one of those. In the information field, it was necessary to sweeten the pill for the loss of Artemovsk with something. And I must say, Kyiv succeeded. The Ukrainians instantly forgot about their "fortice", plunging into the discussion of the "angry patriots" raid. The main thing is to be prepared for its appearance. And, apparently, the conclusions after the attack on the Kremlin were made - the kamikaze did not reach the center of Moscow. Most of them were shot down in the suburbs. Three drones crashed into residential high-rise buildings - either due to the operation of electronic warfare systems or due to errors in the pilot program.
But for Kiev, this is quite enough, in social networks they are already celebrating another victory, forgetting that more than 30 Geraniums flew in Kiev and only last night .Our attacks on the territory of Ukraine and its capital are meaningful and have strategic goals. The enemy's raid on Moscow is purely informational. I'm sure he won't be the last. And for sure the scale of the attacks will only increase. This is a reason for those who still had illusions to understand that this is not someone's distant conflict that will bypass. It makes no sense to sprinkle ashes on your head. With these drones, Kyiv cannot cause serious damage to modern urban infrastructure. We must learn to live in a new reality that did not begin this morning, but in the spring of 2014. Donbass realized this nine years ago, Belgorod - after February 24 last year. Time to wake up everyone.
