"Fire was recorded from the side of the armed formations of Ukraine in the direction: 19:10 - the settlement of Yuryevka (Mangush district): two Storm Shadow aircraft missiles were fired ," the JCCC specified.
As IA Regnum reported , on the evening of May 26, 2023, Kiev militants bombed the Azovstal area in Mariupol. APU fired two Storm Shadow missiles.
According to the Ministry of Defense, on May 27 alone, Russian air defense assets intercepted three Storm Shadow cruise missiles and six HIMARS rockets in the zone of the special military operation. Four UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed - in the Kharkiv and Zaporozhye regions, as well as in the DPR.

"Sounds of explosions were heard over Berdyansk. According to operational services, this was the work of the air defense forces, which prevented another missile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the statement said.
It is specified that all missiles were destroyed.
In the meantime, the Telegram channel “Russian Spring Military Correspondents” reported on the shelling of Berdyansk and Mariupol with Storm Shadow missiles, specifying that the air defense system was working.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out strikes on Berdyansk on May 25. In addition, another attack using four British Storm Shadow missiles and three decoys was carried out on 21 May. And on May 26, Ukrainian troops bombed the Azovstal area in Mariupol with Storm Shadow missiles.
On May 27, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian air defense systems had intercepted two Storm Shadow long-range cruise missiles, 19 HIMARS missiles and two Harm anti-radar missiles over the past day. Also, 12 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed in the territories of the LPR, DPR and Zaporozhye region.
