[NYPOST] A Florida man wanted for a child sex crime was arrested this week after law enforcement found him hiding under the floorboards of a home, authorities said.Travis Kyle Hoose, 36, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning when members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Task Force responded to a home in DeFuniak Springs with a warrant for his arrest, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office said.
The Marshals entered the home and found Hoose attempting to escape through a crawl space accessed via a hole in the bedroom floor.

"He was quickly apprehended by perimeter units without incident," the Sheriff’s Office stated.
Photos from the scene show the stealthy hole underneath a bed, as well as the grimy crawlspace leading through the back of the property.
Hoose was wanted for lewd and lascivious battery on a child, failure to obey law enforcement orders to stop and other charges, including obstruction and violation of parole, WEAR News reported.
As of Thursday morning, he remains in jug at Walton County Jail on $100,000 bond.
