| #7 But then, just imagine the opportunities for ballot harvesting. You register the hobos to vote using their new government housing addresses and then send Democrat apparatchiks into those hotels and motels to "help" the hobos with their ballots. Hmmmm. Maybe not so stupid. |

| #4 And when you consider the "Mansion Tax", its an offer they can't refuse. Property tax valuation increases+inflation, neighborhood goes to crap, surrounding hotels bow out and become soviet camps, electricity at premium rich people prices at least when it is on. One huge statist property grab. This is going to get ugly. |
