#13  Our Harvard-Educatedâ„¢ Sub-Genius is soooo disappointed in all of you.

I hope she's a future "don't be this idiot" Business School lesson

#12  Unfortunately also owned by AB InBev.

I was checking out the other day with a pack of Yuengling. Cashier/Owner and I had a quick banter, he asked if it was an AB product. I said I just saw a list and it wasn't on it. Gave an 'ooh shit' look.

Regionally BL is the go-to summer adult beverage - the golfers, at the calf events, the Quincineras, after a long day farming/ranching, mowing the dust yard, everywhere. And like #1 points out, as always, it is coming up on spring/summer party time.

I am really, really enjoying my peers who spent their life lecturing me about counter culture, how Big Beer feeds national fascism, and down with Super Mega Corp are throating BL. "Had my first Bud Light!" Yeah...gonna finish that six pack or hand them out to the five lost customers so they can pour it out.

By the way Mr. Salesman. This decision goes all the way up to the top of at least the A-B vine. You will go broke and family made to suffer so some (another) bint with the crazy eyes might get an invite to the next soiree.

#9  'I've never seen such little sales as in the past few days,' he said. 'When people don't buy this beer I don't make money and I can't feed my family.'

-rrrrrrttt-

Wrong answer, Chuck. This isn't the fault of the customers, this is the fault of your advertising directors, and those who oversea their actions.

Had advertising done absolutely nothing, there would be no concern. That they dropped this turd at the beginning of winter sports playoffs, summer sports opening, and that it is a popular golf course beer, is hilariously tone deaf.

#8  I don't drink beer, but I'm enjoying the Busch ad where the guy lets the woman know she's sitting in a tent next to a wolf.

#7  I've noticed that the local TV ads for Budweiser products have suddenly shifted from generic androgynous 20-somethings to 'manly men' actors.

Not that I ever consumed that brand, anyway.

#4  There are some things that should never be Politically messed with.

Both Beer and Sports quickly come to mind.
