[RUSVESNA] The Russian troops have begun creating groups to fight tanks that Western countries supply to Kyiv, said Yevgeny Arifulin, head of the Center for Combat Training of the Armed Forces.
“This work is organized based on the instructions of the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General (Yunus-Bek) Yevkurov, who set a specific task to create these groups,” he specified on the air of the Zvezda TV channel.
In accordance with these instructions, the main department of combat training, under the leadership of Colonel General Ivan Buvaltsev, developed methodological recommendations and organized a "method of implementation."
“The Combat Training Center is implementing these events,” Arifulin emphasized, calling the creation of such groups “a big state system work.”
Recall that at the end of January, Berlin, succumbing to pressure from the United States and other NATO partners, changed its initial position and agreed to transfer the Leopard 2 to the Kiev regime, and also allow third countries armed with German tanks to do the same.
The United States also promised to send 31 modern Abrams tanks of its own production to Ukraine, although they complained that this would take a long time.
