| Armed men attack government posts in Syria’s Daraa |

| [NPASyria] On Wednesday evening, gunnies targeted several military posts of the Syrian government forces north of Daraa, a governorate south Syria, prompted by the arrest of a lady in the capital Damascus. A local source told North Press that gunnies from the city of al-Sanamayn in the northern countryside of Daraa attacked the government military posts in the city in response to the arrest of a lady from al-Sanamayn while she was in a hospital in Damascus. The source added that fierce festivities erupted between the two parties for over an hour in which the government forces used machineguns and RPGs. The government forces also fired illumination flares with the aim to detect the gunnies’s moves, according to the source. |
