| [Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A lone Ukrainian soldier took out five Russian tanks in a day using US-provided Javelin missiles, Ukraine's Ministry of Defence said. The decisive encounter occurred during a Russian attack on Ukraine's 79th Air Assault Brigade near the town of Maryinka, in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region. The Ukrainian paratrooper managed to take out five tanks and three infantry fighting vehicles with the help of US anti-tank Javelin missiles, the brigade said. Video shows the missiles striking the Russian tanks, which explode and erupt into flames. The US has armed Ukraine with some 8,500 Javelin missiles since the outbreak of the Russian invasion last February. |

When it is Yahoo or Daily Mail the truth is seldom seen. CNN, BBC, Telegraph and so on. Mass media collusion with elites blocks balanced coverage. The usual snide remarks to follow but ineffective. |

| #1 Sometimes you have to do it the old fashioned way. Those 5 Russian IFVs just left Vodyane at the north when two Ukrainian T-64 faced them. Russians running low on refurb T-62s? Also can't afford to waste BMPs like this. Russia is bringing out of mothballs 1950's era BTR-50. |
